yea the lawyer is hellaaaa cool and local to fairfield, he knows of the specific cop and says; him: i know that cop, Me: is that good news? him: yes, very inexperienced

looks good so far, maybe it will get dropped at the hearing? :)

you aint ever gonna get a cop fired for that shit...I've tried, many times. every time the judge basically said, sucks to be you, NEXT!

but seriously though, don't hate cops cuz a few got power trips goin on. most I meet now a days are pretty cool...

also, if a cop is being a complete asshole and you have witnesses you can in fact refuse to take tickets or be arrested, although you'll likely get maced or worse...

i was told, by a guy who is in my class that build cop cars (yes installs their equipment and waht not) said for a cop car to be legal with not light bar on top of the roof, it needs to have a red steady light.. if you want, i can ask the guy for more details.. and he works at S&G enterprise in sac...

and btw, i got a teacher that works for the government.. (B.A.R.)
