That is 100% understandable. but people that complain about music on busy streets highways and parking lots, this angers me. The 25ft law is absolute ludacris! you can do that with a plug in radio sitting in your backseat! I believe the fine on tickets to be right near where they need to be. But if something is passed saying a person can just write down a plate and send it in to have a person ticketed, that is outright BULL SHIT. Then you can have the problem that i have, where you cant go into certain towns and places because people will write you up just to do it. Either way bitches will bitch no matter what you do to them. All i say is beat responsibly.
