You dont report a LEGIT COMPANY as you put it to the BBB. Unless your a hypocrite.

After all you said that you didnt believe their story about how their pricing works. So they technically lied to you and scammed you out of money. That doesnt sound too legit to me.

It seems like you cant make up your mind on them.

Your complaining about something so little (but it must of been a big deal to you to contact the bbb). As if the prices arnt cheap enough the way it is. And Im almost sure they have something on their site saying prices are subject to change without notice, almost every online retailer has something simular to protect themselfs from this type of thing happening.

And I know they are legit because Ive delt with them a lot.

Call it what you want, i'm not going to argue with you about this situation when you don't know me or the business practices of the company.

Principle, to me, is not something measured in dollars and cents. Because of that, I politely refused their offers to credit my account the difference as it wasn't about the money, rather the principle. The owner was very adamant about giving me the credit and gave me the impression that he valued me as a customer during our discussion so because of that I have continued to do business with them. So when I got my order confirmation for the next transaction after this incident, I noticed another price discrepancy, only this time it was in my favor as the credit was applied to my account and the shipping charges were waived. That only confirmed my assumption.

Meh, I'm not happy with them at the moment. Bought my bass remote off of them, advertised as working on all Brutus amps. It of course does not. Returned it and got refunded. Probably should have just kept it because out of the $29 paid (price + shipping) I was only refunded $14. Had to pay another $5 just to send it back to them (love how I pay $5 to return it but had to pay $15 for them to send it to me). Should have been a full refund, not like they paid for shipping, I did.

They were quick to ship though, I will give them that much credit.

That kind of stuff irks the crap outta me. They sold a product and claimed that it works with the product you have and it doesn't, yet you get the shaft out of the deal. There we are, back at principle again.

Sonixelectronics has some pretty good stuff at good prices they are legit ordered from them a few times... The only problem I had with them is with my last order I ordered a set of power series components from their liquidation station they were supposed to be like new in opened box but when I got them on of the speakers had a ding in the front of it and one of the crossovers was a lil scratched up. I was fine with that I wasnt expecting perfection when I ordered them from the liquidation station but... then I noticed two more things first they sent me the wrong metal housings for the tweaters the ones I got were too small for the tweaters to snap inside of them and another thing was that one of the screws in one of the crossovers had been cross-threaded and was stuck inside the crossover... I fixed the messed up channel on the crossover and everything else I have just gotten over... I wasnt really upset by any of this if I had ordered a new set it would have been a different story... So they really do some good buissiness with fast shipping recomended...

yes I have ordered from them many times...usually a speedy delivery. No issues at all. except getting the 5 dollars credit after doing the comments and survey things ...no big deal has not stopped me from using them.
