Any good brands out there that will last a long time? I know kits are pricey, but is there anything worth the $? By the way the car is a 97 maxima.

i've seen ones as cheap as 85$ that work fine and last a while

california hid, maxx, and a couple other no-name ish brands worked really well

Got mine from MTEC, they do a lot of the import racers and luxury cars. The kit was 400 but I wanted the best available. They look just as good as the stock HIDs on my Benz. Stock colors range from 4000k-6000k anything higher and it will look cool but not have much output. Also, you may not know but it is illegal to add HID lights to a car that did not come factory equipped with them, not that it matters but just putting it out there. Now how am I going to explain to the cops that my 1985 Cutlass came with HIDs........... :huh:

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

I had a mtec kit....

After the forth ballast blew, I said fuck their cheap crap..

Worst kit I ever had!
