beaker Posted July 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 Well the PC has HDMI and optical out. I wont be using a headunit, just the PC. So I was trying to go from HDMI ->LCD/Amps and hopefully something that plays Blue Ray. Nvidia just came out with the ION system, Mini ITX is out for it now, with a PICO ITX form factor in a few months, which will be a little bigger than a 2.5 inch laptop hard drive, and it will do HD video, DX10 and Windows 7 64 bit Aero. I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. beaker Posted July 9, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 ok, so the LAST thing I expected was to come in here and have people talk to me about "practical". 30,000 watts in a car isnt practical, but we do it cause it gets attention and it looks awesome. I want HDMI on my amp cause I havent seen it before. Thats it. Cable will fall out? I'm sure I can figure out a way to make it stay in. No HDMI on head units? No problem, I'm not using a head unit.
