X_PHO Posted July 21, 2009 Report Posted July 21, 2009 OK, so you know how it goes.. Screw heads break off, T-nuts spin and any other method needs you to be mounted inside the enclosure. We designed these on CAD and had them punched and the PCD measurements pre-drilled. 48x 6mm pieces which are reverse mounted to the baffle. So they needed too be drilled to accept a M5 high tensile bolt... Thats 96 holes that needed to be drilled on the press, hell I went ahead and did the mounting holes too which made 192 holes. This right here is the most amazing/clever/brillant ish I have seen in a longtime. I know this is my first post.....got to start somewhere. CRAZY BUILD!!!!
