i just got 3/4 of the things that i need. my stupid ass did 2 separate checkouts because the first time i forgot about how i could add more things to the cart. and its the pre workout one (vasocharge) that i need. oh well i planned on starting in a couple days anyways. i cant wait to do work.

damn i forgot about this, but ive cut my calorie intake in half and now im shedding wait while still mainting a good amount of mass 210 here i come! Did chest yesterday, and repped 315 for a heavy 8 yesterday. about another 15 lbs and ill be happy and start my bulk again.

So in less than 2 months @ nearly same body weight, while rehabing an acl tear u picked up 50lbs on ur deadlift?? Either juicing or bs.

oh damn i missed this thread by a longshot....but figured Id contribute anyway...not really into supplements anymore...only thing I take is cheap whey protein with some creatine in it....but drink 7-9 bottles of water a day. I go to the gym every other day religiously. I dont really believe in splitting up muscle groups mainly because in order to do one, you usually have to use the other (ex. in order to do chest, 99% of the time you gotta use your arms) so I pretty much do it all @ once. Id rather spend 2-2.5 hours in there every other day than an hour a day... but anyway heres what my workout looks like right now...

trifecta 1- Curls (standing against wall), weighted crunches, hammers- I do 2 sets of each then raise the weight on all of them twice

bike- 7-9 miles

trifecta 2- bench, wrist curls, side dips- 2 sets of each then raise the weight twice

right now I go up to 45s curling, 50s wrist curling, 45s side dips, 30lb. crunches, 35s hammers, and 220 flat bench...not much but Im gettin there...not really lookin to be huge, just in shape...havent weighted myself in a while but I believe im around 185 and 5'8"

you must not know how to read....it says i did 265 on flat bench in august and deadlifted 315 last saturday. i actually got 275 up on the flat bench last week also but wasnt going to post a 10lb increase......so fuck you marlo get banned again :censored:
