I only do 10 plates on the hip sled...I thought I was doing pretty well, especially considering my skinny twigs for legs

So why do we not have a workout section on this forum.

Looking to start a heavy cut since I've fallen off the bandwagon dice highschool. Time to get big. What kind of supplements is everyone taking? Mainly looking for a new creative and to try some more whey. I've been using iso100 and it's good quality shot, but one of the more expensive. Considering syntha 6 as I've always heard good things and it's like $10 cheaper. Suggestions?

Anyone here big into carb cycling? Notice differences/gains over when you wernt cycling?

Cell-tech is good..but if price is a concern, just get any plain creatine powder and take 5 grams with grape juice after you train..no need to load...you can take 5 grams a day and at the end of 30 days you will have the same amount in your system as if you did the loading phase. My favorite creatine is sizeon by gaspari...you take this during your workout and its awesome but pricey like cell-tech
