Siete_Cinqo Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 We were working together and he even scared the shit out of me when he jumped out of the flat bench. HAha He did then quite down though and told them why it was important, unsafe and disrespectful to not act stupid in the gym. Also gave them some lifting advice. I tried them today and it felt good. we'll see if it helps at all when i get back in the gym. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137815533&page=1 That's a lot of stretching. Just find your tight areas and stretch them. And pyramid from light to heavy. Then at the end, drop the weight again and do squat holds; squat all the way down, stay there for a 3 count, then explode up. It'll stretch your hip and pelvis ligaments and shit. that moment of new workout. it working, then crash, now can't use right hand for week or so.. feels bad man Injured your right hand? Still work out your left. There is a nervous system connection. You won't lose as much strength in your injured side if you keep working the non-injured side. Lessens rehab and recovery time. OrionStang Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Bench day went great today. EVERY rep is with a pause at the bottom; 1x15x135 1x10x185 1x5x225 1x5x275 1x5x315 1x3x365 1x8x275 1x10x225 Remember, this is only a few weeks after a pec strain. Got lucky and met a pro bencher (retired). He is 51 years old and did a triple with 455 kinda easily. He gave me some good tips and a good precontest routine that i'll probably start in 3-4 months.
