I'm doing flat right now I'll probably just add incline bench to my list.

when doin chest throw in some pressups with a 20k plate on ure back do 5 sets of 20 reps goin really slow on the way down then explodin upwards i hit a wall doin my chest couldnt get it to grow then started doin this and im startin to get bigger again also do some benchin on a smith machine doin the reps really slow and controled do 5 sets of 15 reps then incline the bench and do the same again;)

Thanks for the help guys, im going to try this real heavy deadlift thing, and a couple of the others suggested, i love this thread :)

be VERY careful with deadlifts...stick your ass WAY out and throw your chest UP...keep your face pointed about 40 degrees up. This will keep your lower back from rounding. Rounding your lower back will cause serious injury

I had to buy new dress shirts (went up to a 17" neck from 16) after adding this for just a month
