bigbodylexus Posted September 7, 2009 Report Posted September 7, 2009 some might think i am stupid. but, i recently purchased a sundown 3000d. i kept it for maybe a week, never hooked it up or anything. i traded it the other day for 2 american bass vfl extremes, a orion hcca 275g4 and a clarion HU. I won't say stupid but I would question what was the rush? Whomever you traded beat you, realistically. Honestly that's like trading a brand new car for a classic that's rusted and has no engine. I have used Orion and I would invest in fuses if I were you and VFL's (Very F-----g Lousy) are not impressive. We all make mistakes in the name of car audio. I just hope that this is a joke. bigbodylexus Posted September 7, 2009 Report Posted September 7, 2009 why do you guys have to rag on this guy for. yeah maybe he didnt make smart choice but its his money his things let him blow it on stuff he wants. as for the orion its about damn time i see some orion stuff on here. this website is dominated by FI Sundown DC RF. yeah they are good brands and have the reputation. everyone has a sundown amp so its common now. look through the build logs.. how much orion stuff you see. well congrats on the switch over to ORION they rock. lets see some build pics. ill be running orion shortly HCCA baby! Now you can't be serious. Even when Orion had decent equipment there were problems. Not that companies don't make amps with flaws but damn. Why buy a brand new amp and have to replace fuses for daily use? They may have been respectable back in the day but I'm not impressed with Orion.
