Lil small town, bout 30 minutes from Mankato. I plan to stick my 1 x 12 Fi BTL in the trunk. About a 2cuft box with Aeroports since all my research into slots is coming back negative Man would it be sweet to have a Hellfire 1k.1 ... or one for each coil would even be better, how do I get quotes on DAT amps? cc_audio
Big three, big three, big three!!! You'll never regret it and its always worth doing for even the smallest setups. Your in the wiring stage so you might as well do it. Go get some real 1/0 first, raptor wire is as bad as it gets. It's all gone! Shyne151
I would definitely suggest doing 1 12" or 2 12"s... I did one 15" and it was a mother fucker to get a decent size box in the trunk. -Installer for Duke's Car Stereo 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix - Ported Eaton M90 S/C, 3.5" pulley, XS Power Headers, 1.9 Rockers, FWI, Poly Motor Mounts, Custom Tune. Motasolo
Thanks for the advice, I finished running the raptor kit till I can afford to order any nice wires like KnuKoncept. I will try and get the pics posted tomorrow! As for a box, I really want to port into the back seat fold down area or "towards" it, and still have the sub vertical facing the rear. If the port is external, do I have to take that into consideration for the box Cu. Ft.? My thoughts were 24"wide, 16"tall & 20" depth. And the 12v.com calc said 3.49 cu.ft. round port 16" long, 6" diameter for 32 hz... Mota~ 00' GP GT 12" Fi BTL Build log with pic's :]

Blurry, caution So far so good, any comments welcome.
