I'd be pissed if someone did it to me, but I also wouldn't be a douche and leave my beat going and my car running. Who knows, might burn up a new sub leaving it unattended for a min or two with the volume at 3-5. How would you burn a subwoofer up after a few minutes on that low of a level? Its not your place to teach anyone any lessons. if it bugged you that much and you were being irrational, reaching in and turning that S.O.B. off woulda been too far but more understandable. If it bugged you that much you coulda waited for him to come out asked him WTF - but you cant be touching peoples rides. You could just leave.... Punk ass kids at the gas station near my house are always going in and leaving their cars running with their stereos turned up and the windows down.
