I really don't understand the whole alternator hype, I know someone who ran 8000 watts on stock alt. I have ran 4000 watts on stock alt, voltage never dipped below 12.8 with two 2400's. I even know a guy who ran 20000 watts on stock alt.(not good voltage, but it would bass race a 155 like that) Not trying to thread jack just wondering.

My comp setup (Not bad for what it is):

HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with:

15.4" widescreen

AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor

2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz)

Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD

128MB shared video memory

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

um because it isn't good to run a stock alt on that much battery because you run out of battery the alt has to charge 3 big batts and dies much faster

also if u work on that stock one too hard u could burn it right up, theres no sensor to shut them off they will catch fire... right?

alright i got the dual alt kit installed. but no pics i cant find my camera ill take a pic tonight with my cell, it was a bitch cuz i riped my nuckel off when i was taking shit off, but day it looks sexy. but the only thing is that i got to get bus bars so i can run a 0 from the stock one, i only have one from the high output... anyone want pics tonight?

also for temp would i be able to run a 0 from the stock to the highoutput one just so i can get better current flow? cuz i dont want to like over load the alts or fuse, theres a 300 from the high output to the battery
