CaptainzPlanetz
Pleather.........?? Pleather is the stuff most lower to mid cars use for the Trim in your car like the doors and center console box etc.... its the stuff that looks like plastic but is sorta soft, a mixture of Plastic and Leather= Pleather. Nope I don't see any around here LOL ya I know what you are saying, the guy commented about steve tucking the Pleather in, when Steve isnt using Pleather but is using Vinyl. And to Steve when you are saying you are looking through the Window saying you dont hate it, does that window happen to be located on the rear of the Tahoe? meade916
couldn't you use the things you used on the side trim panels? only in the tan color instead of the graphite? you mean the plastic screw caps? thats generic. I dont even want to use them where they are at but i dont have much of a choice. Why would i put anything TAN in my ride? Theres nothing tan in there now and im not about to start... sick build buddy but i question couldenet you have installed the port pulled the plether over it and just seam tucked the edges ???? or maybe when on the inside edge of the port left and right and pulled it in tight with a braket attached to the side of the port to onne of the braces to late now and but i still think it looks preaty good just my 2cents I guess the simple answer is no, i couldnt have. Its not that easy. Try it once you will see. Pleather.........?? LOL ya I know what you are saying, the guy commented about steve tucking the Pleather in, when Steve isnt using Pleather but is using Vinyl. And to Steve when you are saying you are looking through the Window saying you dont hate it, does that window happen to be located on the rear of the Tahoe? it is Vinyl and when i called it pleather i was just joking, to me any fake leather (aka vinyl) is pleather but i guess if there is a real thing called PLEATHER in the literal sense, im not using that. This shit is impossible to tell the difference when next to my REAL leather seats so its pretty good stuff - oh and when i say im looking thru the window, i mean out into my work area.... Next box wont have a removeable port so i wont have the bolts......this is a LOT of work for just a facelift on a box that probably will be replaced soon. Then again, it sounds lovely so maybe it stays forever i dont know.... Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
no thanks on the screw caps, i got stainless allen-bolts because i think stainless looks good. Caps look generic and i hate using them, although i will have to in a few spots. those fasteners were $1.05 a piece and a little more if you count the two SS washers on each one - so that shit wasnt cheap Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
