P4killer_
So im building in the back seat of my 2 door skylark and the floor of course is not very level. so ill need to build a stage of sorts to build a level enclosure on so it i can secure it properly. anyway so i just replaced my gas tank and looking below the car it looks as though the entire back seat area pretty much has the gas tank below it. any way i need i ideas for mounting 2x4's to the floor idk if something that would barely screw into the metal would work i could take pics if needed whatcha think thanks P4Killer. VistaV6
Maybe weld a metal rack instead of 2 x 4's??? Or maybe some godly glue? That's all I can think of. Rogers
i would say.. drop the tank and secure from underneath...... or find existing bolts and make brackets... thats how i made my amp rack.... i used the bolt holes that bolted the back seat in and made brackets for the false floor(if you will) http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/79921-rogers-700-dream-car-update-page-17-a-wall/?p=2335774 93 Saturn SC2My system4 SA-15's Walled 2 Cerwin-Vega S2000's 3 Kinetik Hc2000's Dual 200amp alts. you guys done with the peepee touching contest or do I need to end it? mr.p
bond the 2x4's with mma based adhesive or a form of liquid nails. it WILL hold if your surface is clean. DCAUDIO BALLS DEEP
