Guest
what meter did you hit the 146 or so on? when we see high numbers for a setup like yours, we want proof.
HHR Ed
I've done 144.4 with a 400w amp at a dB Drag, so it could be nice. KickerAudio21
haha, that 146.5 was with an off brand meter i admit... idk what circuit city was using. I have used about 6 different systems at dB drag events recently and that 2 L7 12" system actually hit 144.5 Maybe 143 is a long stretch, but i can get 142 easily i think... i can hope. It honestly sounds louder than the 2 L7 12" setup i had.... so we'll see ------------------------------------------------- 1st place circuit city car/spl show (maplewood,MN) 2006 146.6 dB's with 2 12" L7 and 1606d brutus

97SSBlazer
if that easily hits a 142 then my cvr's are doing 150..... Not to talk shit but i hit 144.6 with the set up in my sig ( 2 L7 12's and a RF1500.1) I HIGHLY doubt your anywhere near that, I am VERY experienced with 2nd gen blazers and i know they "bang" very easily but your lucky to be in the mid to high 130's.. AND i seen in your vid that you have "4 layers of dynamat" i would like to see prof of that sir BTW. Nice deck i have the same one. lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz. -= 2005 Tahoe LT =-Head unit: Pioneer AVH-X5500BHSSource: iPad Mini in dash Subs: 2 T1 12's Sub Amp: T1500-1bdCPWire: Rockford Fosgate 1/0 awgSignal Cable: MonsterFronts:Stock Bose for now:)Rears: Stock Bose for now:)MIds/High amp: Stock Bose for now:) 2005 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172529-2005-tahoe-my-17th-vehicle/ 2001 Monte Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/160030-2001-monte-carlo-my-16th-car-lol/page-2#entry25309381997 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemead...oe-6-15-rf-15s/2001 Impala Build Log: http://www.stevemead...katzkin-inside/
tacomabanga1986
was the score in the port? i just dnt see a 143 with that big of box on those subs, maby with cvrs but not comps, i wanna get metered to see what my truck does, i kno my back glass flexs a shit ton more than his does n hurts my ears sometimes, so i should be atleast a 140 with what i got if not more, ive got alot more efficency out of a downfire sealed box than i did with a upfireing ported in my truck, i dunno why but a big enough sealed box has more sq than a ported box or so did from my experence, now im not bashin anything cause i had a set of older kicker comp 10's back in about 99 or so n they sounded awesome, try throwin some more power to em n see what it does here's a link to my system 99 toyota tacoma , 2 mtx 8000 1504's in a sealed downfire , 1000w memphis amp here's a link to my other system my 90 geo prizm test car heres a thread i got of new songs u can dl that are legal = Some Good Bangage/you Can Dl These Free And Legit
