Good bracing goes a long way. My 94 Grand Prix with 12-15's was made out of 5/8" particle board. Its hit low 160's all day long. Link to bangin' ass Grand Prix My 78 Cadillac with the 108-5.25's was also out of 5/8" particle board and was in the mid 170's all day. Bangin' ass Caddy A $hitty box design trumps any material you build a box out of. I dont care if its $200 a sheet. I can make a cardboard box flex some shit..
