Since 2003 it has been annually labeled by the FBI the most dangerous/violent city in America. This house sold for $1.75. You can find lots of houses for $1 here. You can drive several blocks without seeing an occupied home. It comes with the nice 5x8ft yard lol. You do have to pay back taxes, which in this case was only $850.
