The difference was the friend did not do anything about the audio until after him and friend had a fight....but I agree with most people here make sure the dad wont press charges, and then move on...find a new girly....

its kinda a tricky situation, i was with a girl when i was 17 and she was 16 her moms was cool with it, i happened to turn 18 2 months before she turned 17 and like 2 days after my bday moms had me up on sex with a minor charges. We'd been together almost a year and a half so of course id have had sex with her so i admitted it to the cop and got a misdimeanor sex with a minor at freekin 18 yrs old and got community service and get this hadto pay 2k restitution.

I know hundreds of 18yr old dudes messing with 17-15 yr old girl just i was one of the unlucky sob who got caught up in it.

If you're having any kind of sexual activity with her then you're commiting statutory rape/molestation. How about if you find a girl your own age and leave the minors alone? I never thought i'd be with her for 5 years and her dad knew I was with her. When her mom died, I was the only person who supported her(out of her friends), don't know if you'd take that into account if you were her dad... Also, i've never put my hands on the girl.

her dad is mad at you, she isnt. talk to her dad and try to work it out. be honest and explain what happened. talk to him, man to man. your only hope at this point. unless she just cant stand being without you and comes running back.

She's mad and her dad is mad. She's mad because I called her dad and talked to him. I figured the same thing, have to talk to the dad in order to get anywhere. His theory is that since i've been dating her that i've always gotten into trouble. When me and her first started dating I always got into trouble, about a year in a half into the relationship I started gaming so I could stay out of trouble. Her dad says I need to change in order for him to even consider "allowing" her to see me. She says he told her that she had to choose, her dad or me.

I dont know dude i gotta go with that whole leave her alone thing. At this point it just seems like its an act of desperation, and anything you do will border psycho. i would leave it alone and let things happen the way they're gonna happen. you Can do this and that to get her back, but if she doesnt want that its gonna end badly for you.

As for whoever said "dont be mad at the friend, it sounded like you were abusing her"... The thing about that is, he never held it against me until me and him got into a huge disagreement. As of right now, I don't know what to do. She said to leave her alone for a few days while she spent time with family(she never gets to spend time with them due to her always working or their schedules conflicting).

Meant to quote that with the others. The thing about that phrase/quote is that it's hypocrite-ish? If you love something, why would you let it go? I understand what it means completely, I just don't know if its possible to let her go and wait to see if she comes back.
