The wing on that car actually has a function. Where as a "ricer" has a huge ugly non-functional one. When I say non-functional I mean that there is no way it could go fast enough to create enough down force to even matter. Like... an other example of a ricer would be a hood scoop that is just for looks and no function. Like if the scoop doesn't even suck in outside air. Its lowered 5/7 on 18's, custom paint & all the good shit but the motor is bonestock & has a flowmaster super 40 series exhaust & can NOT back it up on the street. but its only a V6 with 18's....
