JSwongerAA Posted October 21, 2009 Report Share Posted October 21, 2009 Wow, what bed liner spray are you using?I use the Duplicolor bed liner spray, well, now the Rustolium brand, and never need to prime anything. Clean the wood, fill in screw holes, gaps, etc, and spray. Comes out perfect every time. I even clear coat the liner sometimes for added gloss and sex appeal ;-) For the undercoating spray i was using the cheap stuff from the local hardware store, thats the stuff that didn't dry. For the stuff that flaked off i used the brush on bedliner, not sure of the brand name, but for the price it was supposed to be decent stuff. I think it cost like $18-25/quart.
