BulletInjection Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 I had the pleasure of meeting Derrick, Rob, and Jay this weekend and I had seen videos and what not but didn't really know what kind of people they were. I approached them and we started talking and man these guys were just the coolest guys I have ever met. They didn't know who I was but still treated me with respect and we all chatted and hung out the whole time. After getting to know them a little bit I don't think I could/would ever buy from another company. Based on how great of sports these guys were I can only imagine how well the customer service is with the guys at sundown. I really believe I had him beat, but some technical issues took me out of the running. Oh, well there is always next year.
