Thanks for the compliments... Money wise I only had to take out a $20k loan on it, so the payments aren't bad at all on it. But I had the money from like 6 months ago when i sold my old project car(1990 Nissan 300zx TT) which I got $12k for(had $25k+ worth of mods from when I used to live in NYC + only 66k orig miles). Then I traded in my old daily driver(06 Hyundai Sonata v6, fully loaded w/ 58k miles) also.

My daily grind is a paralegal for a big firm down here, I also have made some smart investments over the past few years and have done pretty well. Even in the current economy we're in, there is soo much money to be made out there. The real money is gonna be made in a few years when the real estate market pops up again. My grandpa and I purchased a home in June for $235k(where I'm living now) and got a great mortgage rate with no money down after it was foreclosed upon. The house is 3yrs old and the previous owner purchased the house for $525k in 2007 brand new. We talked to a real estate expert who told us to expect to get at least $325-350k by mid next year easily. Btw we've already been offered as much as $275k last month.

I really wish I had more money to put into real estate and stocks right now, because if I had like $100k to invest I could come out with 5 times that within 5 years. Whatever money I make on the house, I'm taking 80% of it and investing in various things. My goal is that within 10 years I'll be a millionaire, it's a long shot but it can be done w/ proper decisions and a lil bit of luck.

You're a little late on your suggestions lol and if you honestly would take a SHO over an M6 you're smoking crack. For almost $40k and 4 doors I could have gotten(all under 35k miles) - 2004 Audi RS6, 05 BMW M5, 06 MB E63, 06 S550, 08 BMW 335i and many other dope ass rides.

I'm 10 years older than you, so u got plenty of time to catch up bro. Unless you're born with a silver spoon(not that it's a bad thing), then nice things come with hard work and intelligent financial decisions. The majority of people can achieve things that they want from life(monetary or non) if they work hard enough towards their goals.

It might be tough at times(wasn't easy by any means for myself, I went through sum very awful patches in life) but as long as u got a good head on your shoulders and keep a bright outlook then things are achievable. For things that I've wanted in life, I've always tried to keep it realistic and not live beyond my means. Like I financially could have afforded a more expensive vehicle but then I would have been really pushing it.

Not saying I'm any kind of expert in business or anything like that... but if anyone wants/needs any advice about life, business, etc just toss me a PM and I'll try to help ya out.
