(Finished) 15" DC Level 5 in a T-Line

Recommended Posts

well, Iam only speaking from personal 1 time experience, it looks like the first 2 bends are the same size as the woofer itself, actually smaller

That is a rule of thumb I try to remember, if the dividers are lesser than the woofer itself, there could be some pressure cancellation in the line

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

well the line is 14x9 all the way through, and the dividers are 12 inches and the long one is 18 inches. i dont really have room to widen to accomadate the extra inches, but i guess i can try this out, and if it fails, i lose 25 bucks on a sheet of wood lol

Got some stuff done the last two days, painted the port, doin black fleckstone with white specks instead of vinyl...itll probably look better than way. The overhang shown will be flushed using a flush bit that i am purchasing this weekend, then i will make the cutout for the sub, and mount the front baffle as well as the back and that will be flushed as well. Enjoy...

as mentioned above, you should really do some 45s in there. it'll really help the air move more smoothly and prevent MORE cancellation from happening.
