I'm not gonna sit here and dwell on it. after what chode posted tbh I really don't give a fuck . He must be as blind as half of you . there isnt a damn thing wrong with the sub from that video ..... he posted but yet chode still wants me to send him money ! I am not the scammer here people really really need to look at the video and the pics. the claim was filed because HE SAID IT WAS DAMAGED ! I'm gonna be honest here ! I am not refunding him SHIT ! for one he paid seventy for the sub . which is like $1,000.00 cheaper than brand new ! And As I ask him before IF I offered to pay the repair bill for the sub him ship it to TREO and I would Pay for it . He wouldn't Even answer my Question He just Wanted the damn money . but on here its a front he care's so much about gettin it "fixed" You can call me a scammer you can call him a scammer . Facts Are he didn't even ask to have insurance put on it ! I did it myself. I could have left it at the regular insurance rate $100.00 and lol . wow would we be sitting here now. facts he didnt ask for the insurance or pay for it .... I DID ! I buy and sell alot and the insurance is not to cover the buyer its to cover the seller. If you ship something and it shows up not as advertised now there are grounds for reimbursement to the buyer. Once the raffle ended and he was named the winner, he is now the rightful owner of that merchandise. The claim money should go to him. If in fact there is nothing wrong with the woofer it is fraud. You received money by deceiving fedex into believing that merchandise was damaged in shipping.
