whether or not it was on private property isnt the question, you have dark as tint and hids, you got them because they are cool..i know you had to have known they are illegal, when i got my window tint ticket i wasnt pissed, i got over a year out of it without getting a ticket...when i went to the store and said i want so and so percentage of tint i knew that it was just a matter of time before i got a ticket...id say just pay the fines 1, or take the tint off 2 and get it signed off.

it's in off-topic, I don't see what the problem is.... I had a cop not show up, and they told me he had another opportunity at another date. Prosecutor suggested I just pay it off, and reduced the ticket from $150 to $75. I said phuk it and paid, because I waited 4 hours for them to tell me he wasn't there (lost a 8 hour day of work), and didn't want to waste another 4 hours at a later date, as I made enough in 1 day to pay it off, rather than losing 2 days pay, and taking the chance that he MIGHT show up next time and I somehow lose depending on the Judges mood. Sometimes you get phuked if the judge sees a moron b4 you. They take out their anger on you. good luck man

since were on the subject of bullshit tickets, is there a ticket for blacking out ur back windows if u have a wall?

laws here state that it cant be any less than 35% and if it didn't come that way factory u cant do it

i loved my geos 20% tint i had during the summer, n now that i got a kid it seems more practical too

n wit the tint shit, that bmw 750i my buddy worked on had that auto tint shit were u hit a button n blinds or somethin cover ur windows n u had tint kinda, i wonder if they could make tint like they do in those glass windows were u send an electric current threw it n its not transparent but when u turn it off u can see threw it, maby could try dat wit cars or somethin i unno

I used to get pulled over constantly (I had a murdered out new '94 v8 Dakota). One of the last times I as pulled over I handed the cop my perscription for my window tint and he wrote me up anyways. He did however let me in on a secret that I didn't know. In many states all you need to do is go down to the DMV and get the exception form. It applies to all sorts of things including tinted windows. Go to your eye doctor and tell him and the sun bothers you eyes. Tell him that it makes them feel dry extremely itchy.

I honestly do have what they call low quality tears and jacked up tear ducts. So those were the reasons he put down on the sheet. They just added it to my license like they would glasses.

Once I had that the funny thing was after that I never got pulled over again... I know why they are worried, but when and if I do get pulled over I make sure to roll down all of the windows just to be safe and make sure they aren't on edge.
