Worth it or get the d5000? don't get any of the SLRs today for HD video, get it for pictures and just treat the HD video as an added bonus. the HD video doesn't have auto focus and has a barrel effect when you are moving too fast, mic sucks for bass videos too! if this is your first dslr, get the d5000, easier to use, same image quality as the d90. minus other features. Nope not my first dslr, I just wanted to try out the HD vid. I have a d40 and a d300. I just wanted to try it out. Heading to Disney World this year with the kids and didn't want to carry but one camera for it all. D40 popped my Cherry, D300 almost caused a divorce. Blown
