Grab the metal on your door and hold onto it the entire time your getting out of the vehicle. This must be done while your still sitting in your seat before exiting. This will keep you grounded the whole time and will prevent you from being shocked. If it's hard to find metal on your door open it a tiny bit and grab the metal at the top of the door above the window.
