assman Posted September 24, 2007 Report Posted September 24, 2007 Aiiight, lemme ax you this, How wide should I make the mouth and how far apart should I have the rear. I have it now at 26in wide at the mouth and haven't figured out how I want the rear. I'm open to ideas. Discuss. I'd make the rear of the box 6" and leave the mouth at 26"As long as 6" in the rear of the box leaves you enuff room to get the subs in the hole, looks like it should. I haven't bolted down the rear so i can make it as wide or tight as I want i can go about 16 wide in the rear or close it all the way after the subs are loaded. Question is, which way is better? I guess i could try it a few ways and see if I get different results. Heres the start of the loading. And let me say my MADD PROPS to anyone who has loaded a bunch of subs in a wall. It's a bitch to hold them in place while you wire and screw them in. I got 4 in so at this rate I might have them all in before this weekends show. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

It sucks, I get tired more easily. Loading those 2 boxes and 4 subs really kicked my ass tonight. Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
