I don't get it why would local auto part store would sell something that isn't going to be street legal? my truck is bone stock for engine wise. V6 4.3 stock egnine only for the flowmaster. I just passed inspection in December with it an I live in an emissions required state. Check your state rules/regulations and fight it. I have fought many a tickets in court and beat them over exhaust noise.
