i would say alpine my mom had one at one time it worked out for us no offense but i'm not a rockford fosgate person

no she had the alpine mrp-t220 which was putting out 150 watts but now she a powerbass xa 1500d which she don't like to well lol she don't mind subs she don't like it loud like i do

I've always used Alpine amps for my mids and highs. Alpine amps put out clean power. My only complaint is they run very hot and that's even at 4 ohm.

Rockford Fosgate Constant Power Amps > Alpine Amps. By far.

The only downside is the MRP-M2000 isnt 1 ohm stable. Either way the thing is a monster..

save up a little more money and get the t2000 or what I would do is get a aq2200 to power it and its wayyyy cheaper. I have one and I love it. It says it puts out 2200 rms but its underrated. also it comes with a bass knob and its linkable. thats just my opinion, what do you guys think? btw the amp is only 400 bucks

ok i looked at the audioque but is theres gotta be a reason its cheaper.. is not up to par with the quality of the alpine? but i do like that its 1 ohm stable and comes with a bass knob..

The reason its cheaper is because its not a well known brand like rockford or alpine. If you take a look at the crescendo audio 3kpw it puts out 3300 watts rms and it only costs 550 bucks, the amp is literally the same as the sundown 3000 and that amp retails for 1500 bucks. The only difference is the heat sink. It has been take apart and proven. My point is that you don't have to pay a fortune to get good equipment. Ill post a link up to show a comparison.
