HE BOUGHT USED ELECTRONICS ON EBAY, AND WANTED SHOW QUALITY. the sub was bad CAUSMETICLY. FI DOSENT MAKE THIER SUBS TO BE PRETTY, THEY MAKE THEM TO FUCKING PRODUCE HARD HITTING LOW FREQUENCY BASS. THE BUYER IS IN THE WRONG. suck it up, be a man, and clean the fucking thing off. my fucking god. i recently bought a car, had to replace the gas tank, fuel pump, fuel lines, plugs, wires, and ECU, you wanna know why im not bitching? because im not a little bitch. god some of you people piss me off AND RETROAUDIOINC. more power to ya. you did nothing wrong. yet you get all the blame. for the price of the sub he could have reconed it and had it close to the cost of the sub new. if he wanted a perfect sub, he should have ordered it new. END OF THIS WHOLE THING. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Why not just take it and call it a day?

I wasn't and after all the rigamarol he said he was granting a refund or a recone just to get it over with. I chose the refund as who would want more headache related to this? Then when he gets the sub he tried to back out on his word and holds the sub hostage! Thats on the up and up? thats like buying from crutchfelid, getting a RMA and then when they get it they say " oops changed our mind, now we want even MORE cash wated to ship it back, if not we're keeping it". Point is he treats his customers like crap, look at the way they ship, condiiton of the parts of the sub, customer dis-service style. If he did not offer the refund in a email he might have been able to get away with it, luckily I have email confirmation and all the info he posted here. I had enough, tuesday it will be getting dealt with. Anyways Brad, I lost some cash, hope you have fun and lemme know how the audits/investigations go. I am still sending interview info and hard copies of all the emails, and also BTW this page on the forum is in hard copy and being monitored. I just wanted to let everyone know if you fight hard enough for a just cause something good can come from it. People like this should not be able to steal and take advantage of the little guy just because he is a little guy. I am cooperating with the investigations and prey that the matter will be dealt with in whatever way they think is best. Thanks for all the well wishers, and may the bass be with you.
