Yes they can impound your car, AFTER they arrest you for a misd dtp(been there done that) but I don't see them destroying private property. And I've been wired from veanna township and mt Morris township that if I keep my shit up they will impound it and have luies towing tear the shit out. I emailed luies and they said that they do it all the time. They have no right WHAT SO EVER to touch my personal property, cops or tow yard. The ONLY time a tow yard can even THINK about pulling some shit like that is if it is passed the required time by law to collect payment for services rendered, a lien is put on the vehicle and is technically the tow yards to do with what they feel is needed to recoup their tow and storage costs. Thats why I dont go to MT.Morris anymore or davision or GB! I stay my ass in the city of Flint, the 5 cops that are patroling the streets are more concerned with drugs and murder. Tommyskillz Posted May 12, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 just picked up a new radio, XO vision 3"in-dash wide screen touch panel dvd receiver, got the usb port on the front and sd card input with Ipod input and a back up camera. will be installing tomorrow, I'll post as soon as possible. my subs and amps are gone, Im just running a bullshit set up for now intell I get something better, but Im not gonna go with big time slammin bass, maybe just a couple 9500 MTX's and a 2000/d BAMF PA and I have a good Idea on how My box and amp rack is gonna look.
