lol you dont know Treo

and i suggest you end it now

the reason i wouldnt trust this amp was explained to me in chat one night

-there is an idea for an amazing huge amp

-a prototype is created and it does great power and is very solid

-the amp costs too much to be profitable

-amp creator send to some asian company where they can save $3 a cap, $2 a fet and so on

-the cost of the amp is now reasonable

-the amp is now not the same amp as the prototype

if it is cheap then there is probably a reason.

I didnt mean to offend you or him. I apoligize if i did. I just called that post stupid. I just wanted reasons from him. I checked my thread and that was the only comment I saw from him.

Love the 2200...I'm not hating on aq. Just making fun of all you kids getting your panties in a bunch over an amp that hasn't even came out yet. ;)

Its available on their site- http://www.audioque.com/aq/?page_id=72

The amp has the same board (looks to be anyways) as the AB.1100, along with another amp which I forgot. I dont really know what the ratings are and if they're true, but I HIGHLY doubt its 20k as the model number tries to say.

JBizzle and mlstrass posted them but it's in Sabor's car. (on two 12" HDC3a's IIRC)

I think Pioneer Saturn (the guy with the "death horn") ordered one as well.

You are correct on that but I doubt the case here. I see most peoples biggest problem is the no warranty issue. Granted its a high price to not get one. But really who buys a big amp like that and does plan to compete with it. Its gonna get abused why would a company warranty someting like that if they know your gonna beat on it hard and run crazy loads and probly have huge voltage drops. So your saying the amps junk because its not warrantied? Well are the DD Z series amps junk because they dont carry a warranty either? With in fact cost more then tis amp? There also made in te same build house too. I say sell it cheaper with no warranty. If the consumer is a complete retard and cant use it properly then they should pay for the repairs. Not everyone will blow theres up. Or just tack another 500-1000 on the price for everyone to offer a warranty and punish whole consure market. Look at sundown amps for example. There over priced and offer a warranty. And either most te people that have them are stupid or there junk cause DB-r is always packed full with warranty issues. See its kinda stupid to generalize based on little facts like that.
