A flatwound coil will not fit in a standard motor.

You can order a recone off of the website and select "send in sub" and then send your sub in with the recipt with all of your contact information on it.

It will automatically charge you for return shipping for the 18" sub.

If your sub was originally built as a flatwind, then a flatwind will fit. . .

Since you are paying to have the sub rebuilt as an 18", you do not need a receipt.

damn so theres no way to get a flatwind on my sub? ugh doesnt make sense why they'd have the option then

For people that buy subs new. ;)

Flatwind coil is different from normal coil with round wires.

oh my god. stop worrying about the flatwind coil. just get the regular coil since thats what your sub came with brand new. theres a whole shitload of different generations of SSD's, thats why they have that on there most likely. stop asking, it wont fit. you keep asking even when NDM TOLD YOU it wouldnt fit. holy shit you're redundant.

And there are people that have flatwind subs. They may eventually need recones...

Seriously dude, lose the 'tude. It will get you nowhere.
