All you need to do is use fire fox and use the ad blocker add on for fire fox. It makes all the bull shit ads and such go away any way I dont have the option of erasing her hard drive just yet. She has all her taxs on the lap top so She needs me to get the info first :/ theres no way to fix this infected computer with out losing the data?
