Got a bit of an update, but I still need to upload the pics and movie clips so you can all see whats been happening

Small update for you lovely people....

The fuse holder is practically done now...test fitted it with some fuses I had laying around

LED's got and wired up

Got the brace sorted for the alt assembly to...all thats left is to get some ducting, possibly fans, and to change the bushes on the bottom of the sub-assembly

Got the front end back together to - heater motor and scoop fitted back!

Took the halfords batteries out and got 1 Big Yellow in there now for the 12v system...however, what do you think...run a bank of 2 rows x 5 across, or 5 rows x 2 across??

They are just for a test fit, im sure he'll have uniform fuses once he orders them lol

Starting to com together nicely mate!

I preferred the 3*4*3 battery setup

but seeing that wasn't a choice id say 5 rows 2 across

Right, have decided on layout 2...2 rows, 5 across...it gives me some extra room as well which always helps!

Also started cleaning up the air ride setup - as I want the compressors on show, I decided to clean them up and get the carry tray sprayed up.

Unfortunately I didnt get any pics of the tray before I grinded all the rust off...but here it is with filler to smooth it out a bit

Sprayed VW Mica Red for a bit of 'detail'

Also checked out the battery charger to...

Initial floating voltage was 14.6v on 1 battery...which is basically completely flat!

20-30mins later

Also got the alt brace sorted!
