btl is to heavy...its goin in a srt neon...trying to keep it somewhat light. no amp for it yet, starting with a single sub

Ok, a Q then. I would look for a 1500 watts amp for it (sundown or RF)

You need a BL ! for sure !

The Q is not for you !

with a good custom box, you'll love it, on 1000-1500 watts rms.

You can have it in 10", it will need a smaller box (so much lightet), but check it on Fi website.

black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp

OEM head unit, Amplifiers Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200.

Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats.

2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3  ported box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

The q is more of a sq sub that can hit pretty low and keep its quaility. In a box build out of birch ply and maybe a audioque 1200d would be perfect for daily usage. I say Q for more power handling and the sq over the ssd.

and yet another dumbass

ok man if you want to keep the power you want to use down to save on cost and also the weight just go with the SSD get a good box design and build it right and it'll slam, if you want a more SQ based build then the Q. Any Fi woofer will get loud and they a high quality. You'll be happy either way.
