08tahoe Posted July 28, 2011 Report Posted July 28, 2011 I know the gain is not a volume knob, but it looks kinda low to me. I set mine pretty high on my bc3500 but I'm also waiting on my dd-1 to set it up right. I'm pretty sure that when u get the dd-1 and set your gain your gonna be really happy

I dunno worth a try. BeatBox Posted July 28, 2011 Author Report Posted July 28, 2011 yeah im guessing in on the gain for now til the DD-1 gets here at work all day so cant do much, did give demo to one of the guys at work.... he thought it was stupid loud :-) after tuning the gain up alittle it did get louder so i think getting that at the right spot will do it

When I went from stetsom on my avh4100 vol was 20...now that the 5k is in with a avh4300 I tried to set at vol 20 again and MAXED the gain out and lost 1.5 dbs.
