HOWEVER, next month my build will feature a DC sub, not a JL. HOW'S THAT FOR 2 VOTES?!?!?! thats the spirit not trying to be a bad sport or anything. and i know your an admin. but 1. where in the rules does it say it have to be covered. 2. it is past the 95% completion level. it is currently function. doesn't look great. but it is function. not trying to be rude. wires are exposed everywhere and box needs to be at least covered...i mean come on i go through this EVERY MONTH its an arguement...HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!!! YOUR TRYING TO WIN MAKE IT LOOK GOOD!!!! and im done It isn't stated explicitly but Chode has always made a covered (or painted/whatever) box as a requirement. No bare wood is allowed. zing alright. will do. was plannin on paintin it anyways. just hadn't had chance yet. do that and ill get you added up I will make a build log on this forum in a few minutes. I am not very good at pics at all, so, I did not take all the pics I should. The install is 2 years old (wiring, h u, rca's, grounds,front speakers).
