idbl_fanatic
As most of of you know, or may not know, I suffered a stroke in Feb, this is the National Stroke Association Logo I had a blood clot on the left side on my brain. Dr's say it was most likely caused from my diabetes not being under control for so long, and my veins and arteries getting weak, over weight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Needless to say, EVERYTHING has changed now, this was a REAL wake up call for me, scare the HOLY SH** out of me, I have lost 79 lbs, still have 36 to go, to be where the Dr wants me, all my blood work is "normal" now, so I am doing as good as I can, the only side effects that I have, is that I occasionally studder, and I now suffer from seizures, but I am on meds to keep those under control, and so far they seem to be working. It turned out really good, here is the actual logo: Here is the the Tattoo, on my upper right arm: Quote 160 + dB and Gaining!!

Keep it up! I agree. It is really inspirational when a person makes themself better in the face of negative circumstances. I hope that you stay well and wish you all the luck in the world on those last 36. Even a few pounds is tough, what you have done is very commendable.
