OrionStang
Never used the stuff so I have acouple questions. If it gets on plastic interior pieces, will it come off if I decide to remove the system? And, is the foam paintable? n8ball2013
you can paint it if you get it smooth enough to not look like ass. it will come off the interior...... with sandpaper or something its going to leave crap behidn otherwise. OrionStang
Thanks N8. Trying to avoid sanding, as the pieces in queston are factory textured. Any other suggestions for sealing up the trim panels around my wall? I was thinking some sort of rubber gasket. If it gets on plastic interior pieces, will it come off if I decide to remove the system? And, is the foam paintable? the foam itself is paintable, but you wont get any sort of a finished look. as for the interior panels, just use seran wrap or wax paper on the area of the panel you dont want foam to stick to, then after the foam has set, go back and trim the excess paper or wrap out of the way. Seran wrap, perfect. I always think TOO hard. Not really looking for a nice finish now, just want it sealed off until I can rebuild. OrionStang
Another question guys, if there are any small gaps (like where the shoulder belt attachment is), will it hurt me terribly? Not really looking for all out SPL numbers, just trying to avoid a bad sounding setup. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
