Most website state that you buy/sale/trade at your own risk. In vB under every post it shows their IP when you have admin rights. It takes no effort at all. But an IP won't get you anywhere unless he logged in from work and they have a dedicated line. Comcast for example says I live in Southfield, I don't, I live 20 miles form there. Most cities are the same way, ISPs have major pop's and everyone routes through them. As far as getting his name and what not is it on his Paypal account? If you have that you can find him. Just ask Sub2weeker...
