If your going to use your same box I wouldn't put more than 1,500 or so to it although that box will likely give you a lot of rise. I asked skittlesrgood who is running 6k to two XLs and he is running them right at 1.45-5^ft a piece. If you want to hear a XL on 1,500 hit me up and well meet maybe this weekend if my cars done. Oh yeah. Anna said they are out of the XL motors until the beginning to middle of october. I gotz the last one! Lol sorry bruh!

Warning, you are taking advice from a noob with 0 install experience at this point, any advice I give is strictly based on information gathered via the intrawebz and lots of forum surfing over a period of 2 months

If you are considering buying a DC Level 5, do it. Don't think about it, just do it. It'll work.

go to lowes get bricks wait in yard. throw said brick at vehicle. If thats me and that just happened to me Im going looking for him after that.

2. Get some bricks

3. ???

4. PROFIT!!

I've paired XLs with approx 3k plenty of times as as long as you dont clip the living hell out of the woofer it will perform day in and day out.

So far im leaning more towards the lvl 5 so when i get a new car when i graduate and can build a new box and put some more power on that single or get 2 or more of them.

legit ya the last time i had my box built by noah (ngsm13 on ca.com) i just went down to indy and went to the place he used to work out and busted it out in a couple ours..vinyl and all lol...not much to work with here lol ill hit you up if the time comes

Let me know. Oh. I'm not helping you mount a lvl 5 by the way. Lifted my XL in and out the box about 5 times getting the baffle right and it sucked. Lol. We have all the saws and drills to do it. Just need it to be before winter since I haz no garage.

helll nah but honestly anything bigger wont fit in the trunk hole...if its gunna need to be bigger its gunna need to be build in the trunk...which is another reason i hate to do make another one lol
