ty_houston Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 (edited) nope, my man Sean did the visors.....i did everything that didnt involve a sewing machine, he did every thing that did here is todays SMALL update. Nick-nacks getting closer and closer to being done. Door sills installed today, the ones that i flattened out (used to say Cadillac and had a raised "grip") and i had my man Chris finish the smooth and paint for me. After wrapping the kick panels and running the visor monitor wires, i was FINALLY able to button both sides up. I still have little things to do but i am VERY close! Again i hope to get wheels and brakes on this thing within the next few weeks. Bear with me here, its very hard to get a nice picture of something that is BLACK. Ill do my best though. by the way if you dont know what a door sill is, its that shiny black piece right under the seat and runs between the B pillar and kick panel. I know you prolly get tired of hearing this, but this build, everything is absolutely insane. Your attention to detail is staggering, and the fact that you do all of this from your garage in your "spare" time makes it all the more impressive. Keep up the good...no great work bro! meade916 Posted January 20, 2009 Author Report Posted January 20, 2009 interior is lookin better and better steve. im sure this has already been asked, but when you did the headliner, did you just put the suede over the stock stuff? thanks! ok if you ever do your own, leave the stock stuff ON. It gives the flimsy foam thing a little structure, sorta. I tore the stock stuff off and my upholsterer Sean told me he would have rather i didnt. Next time, i will remember that so will you now Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! Over 1,000,000 subscribers strong!
