Steve, I know you got it under control, but keep in mind that LEDs on the back of the console will be directly visible in the mirrors. I didn't know it would be so obvious until I put LEDs on the front edge of the tunnel in mine - aimed up and back into the mirrors.

If there was a way to get the tunnel to glow colors without the actual LEDs being visible in the mirrors I know you will find it. (Kinda like the EXT, in all the vids I saw, the actual LEDs were never visible).

Anyway you do it, I know it's gonna look badass!

i dont have much of a choice really....it will be fine. Ive been wanting it like that for a long time anyway. With mirrors, its real hard to hide the source no matter what you do. These ones will be aimed at the subs so they will (should) glow pretty good.

IIRC 2002 was the last year that escalades came without stock HIDs, and i dont remember seeing that the hoopty had aftermarket HIDs in any of the earlier videos

any plans to put in aftermarket HIDs?

i would hate to see a vehicle worth $100,000+ not look its finest for lack of a $250 headlight mod

some GOOD updates! Got the glove box and the other piece under the steering wheel...

the Suede piece at the Airbag is getting embroidered right now with "SMD" (like my hats) down on the bottom right.......then when i get it back it will be tan no more

See it looks blue in pics without the flash I think. That's how I got mixed up before.

Shit looks great...Can airbags be wrapped or painted? I always wondered about that...mine split in the middle when they are deployed so I wasn't sure if I could do anything to them at all.
