iceman1575 Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 As some of you may know (probably noone) me and my dad have the exact same car (2001 Grand Prix GT, aside from mine has old man back support ), we both have some form of beat (mine a little bit more than his Dual 300w amp and JVC 12). Only problem is mine just rolled over 153k, and the transmission's going on it. It won't shift into overdrive, and it's been starting to slowly slip from gear to gear. We're getting it put in the shop for a transmission rebuild, AAMCO will do it for $1200. Good news, dad's letting me drive his car & he gets to drive the soccer mom minivan (the one I use for DJ'ing) to work. I'm gonna hate not being near my car, but the good news is I have a Kicker L7 15" I traded my two Kicker 12's for and I'm going to hook it up and see how it sounds . Lol. That is all. Quote POTATO!
