Just a lil, it is flexing more in the vid cuz the other sub next to it is a new recone about 3 hours of play time on it, if you watch it again and watch when the high note in the song comes in, they flex the same.

Update 5/2/11

Center Console Reshape Project

Here is a before picture so you get the idea of what is going on.

Started, cut to the shape I wanted for better look and flow also more room for that one sub that is directly behind it. It is 1/2 MDF kerfed, 4 layers fiberglass, 3 layers everglass, and 1/16 or less of bondo to smooth it out.

Everglass Air sanded down

Bondo started

Coat of cheap paint to find my low spots

Evo in the background looking all stealth

Block sanded smooth

Guide prime coat

Just under 1 inch thick, should hold up to sub pressure.

Test fit in the truck and start lower mold section.

Glass laid in and air sanded down

Everglass added for additional strength

Bondo and block sanded

Prime guide coat ready for paint

Mask off

Done!!!
