Well here's the damage. The entire top was actually separating from the side walls, too.

I thought building it was hard, this thing was strong as hell everywhere but where it broke. Used a hammer and pry bars. Didn't want sawdust all up in my car.

In reference to the question in your other thread about the aero's:

Since I can see them in this pic, just cut the tubes in half and buy 2 new connecting rings. I'm guessing those are 6" aeros?

Precision Port 6" Connecting Ring at Madisound.com

Then you can just glue the 2 pieces back together in your new baffle.
